Spices powder grinding mill
Application & Working Principle
The machine is available for some strong stickiness viscidity or hygroscopicity materials, like extracts, Chinese medical herbs, spices, chili, etc. Widely applied to Medical, Pharmacy, Chemical, Foodstuff industries, etc.
The raw materials are fed into the grinding chamber through feeding hopper, and been impact and sheared by the high speed rotating grinding discs. Meantime, under the strong sucking air-flow produced from the blower unit, the powder will pass through the mesh screen/sieve, and out from the grinding chamber, going through the pipes, and into the cyclone unit for buffering, and then discharged from the rotary discharging device smoothly, there won’t be powder flying during the production. And some mini-powder dust would be collected by the de-dusting unit for recycling.
Construction:
The machine consist of Feeding hopper, grinding chamber, rotary grinding discs, gear ring, mesh screen/sieve, driving mechanism for motor, cyclone separator, rotary discharging, dust collecting, and blower unit, made from stainless steel, meet with “GMP” standard. The main shaft inside the grinding room is in thermal refining, increase the shaft’s hardness and wear resistance, makes sure its long time using. The cyclone unit and de-dusting unit are connected with the grinding unit by pipes, and sealed by clamps, easy and convenient for dismantling. The blower can be installed inside the work shop of outside according to the customer’s certain requirement.
