Application
To separate the rubber of the surface and the side of the tire from the layer of fiber
Structure and Working Principle
The machine is comprised of the machine frame, rotating mechanism, pressing roller, adjusting mechanism and cutting tool mechanism.
Working Principle
One pair of pressing rollers acquires low speed rotation through transmission mechanism and reducer mechanism. Distance between the rollers is adjusted in such a way as to obtain appropriate traction. Set the front of the tire between the two rollers, so that rubber strips move forward along with the rollers’ rotation. Now operate the cutting tool and make it cut into the rubber. That way rubber surface is cleanly stripped and gets separated from the layer of fiber. Rubber layer thus obtained is clean and the layer of fiber is not damaged.
