The Grinding Chamber and bearing block are equipped with a water-cooling unit, avoid the damage to the product caused by the high-temperature inside the chamber.
Structure & Working Principle:
1. The materials enter into the grinding chamber through the hopper, been thrown into the fixed Gear Ring by the high-speed rotary discs, and then been impacted, cut, and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact, cut, rubbing force by turns, the material is micronized well.
2. There is a impeller unit equipped beside the grinding chamber, which can produce a strong air-flow to suck the grinded out powder pass through the mesh screen,
3. Then goes into the cyclone unit, the powder would be dropped down and discharging smoothly by the help of Rotary Discharging device, makes sure no powder flying situation during the production.
4. Some mini-powder dust will be suck into the de-dusting unit under the negative pressure from the Blower.
5. All the pipes are connected by the clamps, can be easily disconnected, convenient for cleaning.
