DESCRIPTIONS&CONSTRUCTION: 
Widely used in chemistry, dyestuff, dope, pharmaceutical, foodstuff industries. With the features of general function, compact structure, stability, low power consumption, widely usage, no mini powder dust, adjustable fineness of powder, easy maintenance, etc. It is an ideal complete equipment for Environmental Protection. Especially for heat sensitive or sticky product. The Grinding Chamber and bearing block are equipped with a water-cooling unit, avoid the damage to the product caused by the high-temperature inside the chamber.
The machine consists of feeding, grinding, classifying, powder sucking & dust collection system, blower, controlling system. The main parts consist of grinding chamber, feeding hopper, grinding discs, gear rings, sieve, etc. Powder sucking&dusting consists of impeller, pipes, cyclone separator, off-air device, dusting room, filtering bags, pulse, blower unit.
 
CHARACTERISTICS：
1. The materials enter into the grinding chamber through the hopper, been thrown into the fixed Gear Ring by the high-speed rotary discs, and then been impacted, cut, and sheared. Meanwhile, under the impact, cut, rubbing force by turns, the material is micronized well.
2. There is a impeller unit equipped beside the grinding chamber, which can produce a strong air-flow to suck the grinded out powder pass through the mesh screen sieve,
3. Then the out powder goes into the classifying wheel device, the device would separate the fine powder out and go into the cyclone unit, and coarse powder would be separated down into the grinding chamber for a second time grinding process, which make it a continuously circulation grinding process until the powder are fine enough to be classified out.
4. The fine powder separated out from the classifying wheel go into the cyclone unit, and would be dropped down and discharging smoothly by the help of Rotary discharging device, makes sure no powder flying situation during the production.
5. Some mini-powder dust will be suck into the de-dusting unit under the negative pressure from the Blower. All the pipes are connected by the clamps, can be easily disconnected, convenient for cleaning.
